At VampireFreaks, we want you to be thrilled with your dark aesthetic, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crypt keepers inspect your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
